CAMP INFORMATION
New young artists have the opportunity to partner with Youth Art Team artists on our new, big-surprise project through this one-week summer camp! It’s time to sign up! >
Participants will:
• work together with young artists of all ages (Grades 1-12 together),
• make decisions together as a team about design,
• learn the value of how art can change an environment and transform spaces,
• experience the courage it takes to put your art out into the world.
Camps will be based out of Youth Art Team headquarters (325 E. Park Ave. Waterloo), may include daily outings for fresh air nearby (ie. Lincoln Park), and will culminate with an opportunity to head out into the community to install their finished artwork.
SPACE IS LIMITED.
No art experience is required to participate!
Choose from two weeks:
June 15-18 or June 22-25
M-Th @ 9 a.m.-12 noon
Registered campers must be able to attend all four days. Your artist will make important progress on their piece every day of camp!
* If marked with an asterisk above, this week of camp is full. You may complete the registration form and we’ll contact you if there’s a cancellation!
